Cristian Medina says goodbye to Boca Juniors

Midfielder Cristian Medina, who recently said goodbye to Boca Juniors to join Estudiantes de La Plata, expressed his dissatisfaction with the management of his former team. In a message shared on social media, Medina indicated that he experienced disrespectful behavior and a lack of respect in recent times, and that he was not the only one facing this situation.

In his farewell words, Medina apologized to Boca fans and thanked them for their unconditional support. He stated that he made the decision to stay out of controversies out of respect for the club and his teammates, but wanted to make it clear that his feelings towards Boca Juniors remain ones of deep affection and gratitude.

The player hinted at the possibility of returning to the club in the future, expressing his desire to reunite with the institution he considers his beloved one. Medina left Boca when Estudiantes de La Plata, led by Foster Gillett, paid the full 15 million dollars corresponding to the buyout clause that the xeneize club had set for him.
